hi. this is pavan joshi worked in service at BPO according to me service is the most impartant factor of business and it plays very important roal in business that is directly propornated to income of business . 2.CUSTOMER DELIGHT

1.CUSTOMER SATISIFACTON : as we all now that customer satification is main factor to run the business and more over to analysis the business and the diffrence is that customer satisifaction is the event to excert the problems at service in business.and in this type the customer is not well known of all possible service by organization and he is one who make the profit . customer are not awaer of all the issue by the service privoder .today days the telecommunication has became and important resource in environment . and which made a business man to establish the service at all over the environment . The indian brand telecom service provider is Airtel and  i worked in same service . the experence  which i had in my Job is that the service is most minised part of loss which controls the existance of uncertanity of business and make to moniter of customer satisification and make customer to think on the brand in market.

2.CUSTOMER DELIGHT:

as we know that customer satisification will play the role in business ,If the customer is satified the next step of business to make the customer delight . it mean’s that the customer should not have any problem with service and not only that customer should feels that no other service can provied the better than this service that will is most important of business the way we approch the customer delight will make the business to indentity of market ,demand, income of business , and not only there are many company which are no having there own telecom but they will Tieup with other company and started to provied the service and help disk in IT and customer care .so by delight of customer can also maintain the releationship between the organization in golbal .
